Job Description for SEO Content Writer

About the Job

We are looking for passionate wordsmiths and storytellers who can craft engaging content within an efficient time. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create high-quality SEO copies, video ad copies, and long-form posts related to consumer goods and services - especially promoting home decor and spiritual accents. If you think you are good at researching trending topics, crafting compelling narratives, and driving organic traffic, we would love to hear from you.

Everyday Responsibilities:

- Research and write high-quality, and relatable content promoting various offerings.
- Optimize content for search engines using appropriate keywords and metadata.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and ideate or brainstorm various strategies and campaigns.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a consistent brand voice.
- Write product descriptions, blog posts, guest posts, web pages listing content, and more.

Basic Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience as a content writer, preferably in the field of homeware, lifestyle, and travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Grammarly and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
