Ø Assisting in Planning of development of objectives and policies of the nursing department

Ø Implementation, evaluation and review of Nursing/standards in all clinical areas

Ø Monitor allocation of personnel and material/inventory to the Nursing units for cost effectiveness and smooth functioning

Ø Responsible to take regular rounds in the wards, NICU, PICU & OT areas. Will ensure safe and efficient care render to patients.

Ø Ensure implementation of Infection Control Practices across the hospital

Ø Will investigate all complaints regarding nursing care and personnel and take suitable corrective and preventive action and escalates to HR as and when required.

Ø Monitoring patient records in accordance with guidelines and standard

Ø Receiving other duty report from team leaders

Ø Attend official meetings.

Ø Maintain discipline among nursing personnel.

Ø Timely checking Inpatient files & nursing to patient care ethics.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
