We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all safety documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and complete, in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Safety Officer will work closely with our design team and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

**Location: Hosur**

**Certificate: Safety Certificate from NEBOSH is a Must**

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace to identify hazards and potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including incident reports, safety manuals, emergency procedures, and training records.
- Ensure that all safety documentation is properly stored and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees and management.
- Investigate and report on workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address safety issues and improve overall safety performance.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in commercial interior design or construction.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
