**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-2 years in early childhood education

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with early childhood learning goals.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive social interaction.
- Track and assess student progress; maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports for parents.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of children.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff on school events, curriculum planning, and team meetings.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with parents and guardians, providing updates and guidance.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed.
- Minimum **1-2 years** of hands-on teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development and classroom management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional local language proficiency is a plus.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
- Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and communication is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Leadership skills to mentor junior staff or lead classroom initiatives
- Experience conducting parent-teacher meetings and handling academic assessments
- Innovative approach to learning and activity planning

**Salary**:
Competitive, based on experience and qualifications (e.g., ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month)
