Job Summary:
Event Casters is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. As an intern, you will assist in designing visually appealing materials for our events and marketing campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in the event management industry. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, enhance your design skills, and contribute to the success of high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
Design event-related materials such as posters, banners, social media graphics, brochures, and invitations.

Create visually engaging presentations and proposals for clients.

2. Branding Support:
Ensure all designs align with Event Casters’ brand identity and guidelines.

Assist in developing unique branding elements for events and campaigns.

3. Social Media Content:
Collaborate with the social media team to create graphics for posts, stories, and ads.

Design templates for consistent and professional social media aesthetics.

4. Event Collateral:
Design on-site event materials such as signage, menus, and programs.

Support the production of event-related multimedia, including motion graphics or animations.

5. Collaboration:
Work closely with the event planning and marketing teams to understand design requirements.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.

6. Research and Trends:
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Research competitor designs and identify ways to stand out.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or InDesign.

Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
