- **Role & Responsibilities**_

1) Perform typical laser cutting operations.

2) Select proper cutting programs,and proper fixtures.

3) Establish proper stop location,adjust laser beam focal point.

4)Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.

5)Perform prescribed maintenance as required.

6)Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisior.

7)Perform all dimensional inspections.

8)May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs require.

9) Set up and operate bending machines.(TRUMPF machines knowledge is a plus)

10)Assist in debugging opearting or programming problems with high laser cut quality parts.

11)Work/inspect parts according to blueprints

12)Operate overhead crane / forklift

13)Maintain CNC bending machines, area and other tools in good condition by performing 5S and TPM activities on a regular basis
