Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
As a Supervisor at our Worker and Manpower Manufacturing Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will lead a team of workers, coordinating their activities, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervisory Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of workers to achieve production goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely and efficient production of manpower and related products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects or deviations from quality standards and take appropriate measures to address them.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate accidents or incidents, implement preventive measures, and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure adequate supplies for production.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize inventory turnover.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the manpower or labor industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the manufacturing industry.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position primarily operates in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Regular exposure to machinery, noise, and other occupational hazards.
- May require occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate production schedules or project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
