- A person must be creative and artistic ability, an understanding of metals, gemstones and other materials.
- They should have drawing and computer design skills, good hand - to - eye co - ordination and practical skills with tools and material to teach students.
- Creative thinking and vision, to produce new ideas.
- Practical ability to work with tools and materials, such as metals and gemstones.
- Drawing and computer design skills to produce designs.
- Dexterity, attention to detail and good hand - eye coordination.
- Organisation and time - management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence and temperament to be successful in the business world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing design standards.
- Serve as the designer on Product Development project teams.
- Prepare and review artwork in compliance with design standards and project timelines.
- Support Senior Management in the creation of designs during the exploration phase of new concept development.
- Develop designs for specific strategic initiatives.
- Use Rhino in the design development process.

**Skills Required**:

- Command on Matrix and Rhino
- Knowledge about Fine jewelry
- Previous Work Folio and Market Trends Knowledge.
