Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Influencer Outreach Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry, with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on project performance. If you are passionate about digital media, have a knack for building relationships, and are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Influencers: Identify, recruit, and onboard mega, macro, micro, and nano influencers to join our network. Ensure influencers align with our brand values and campaign goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to engage influencers through one-on-one interactions, community engagement, and strategic/agency partnerships.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among influencers through regular communication, events, and collaborative opportunities.
- Social Media Awareness: Be actively engaged on major social media platforms, keeping up with the latest news, trends, and best practices. Use this awareness to inform and enhance influencer outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

- Passion for digital media and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
- Active presence on social media platforms and awareness of current social media trends and news.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude.

Internship Details:

- Location - Mumbai or Bengaluru
- Duration: 3 Months (with a possibility of extension)
