- Minimum **6 Months **as a Recruiter
- Must have experience in both **IT **and **Non-IT Hiring.**

**Responsibilities**
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Recognize and strive to **clearly understand client's hiring** needs
- Create and implement **recruiting strategies**:

- Create and post job on Job portals & social media
- Critically assess profile during telephonic interview.

**Qualifications for Recruitment Consultant**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
- Customer Service and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized
- Ability to make reasonable decisions
- Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment software
- Excellent with prioritization and time-management
- Knowledgeable of employer branding techniques

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
