Job Title: Dynamic Plant Assistant - Manufacturing/Assembling of Decor and Gifting Products

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Assistant to join our manufacturing team. No prior experience is required for this role. As a Plant Assistant, you will play a vital role in the production and assembly of our decor and gifting products. You will work closely with the manufacturing team, ensuring that products are manufactured and assembled to meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of decor and gifting products according to established guidelines and production schedules.
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in the manufacturing and assembly process.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of production to ensure that products meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues or bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and requesting replenishment as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide input on process improvements and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality control, and productivity.
- Follow all instructions provided by supervisors or team leads to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of operating machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if required.
