Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Billing and Collections**:

- Generate invoices for property bookings and payments received from customers.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collection.
- Manage customer accounts, including updating payment details and resolving billing discrepancies.

**Vendor Management**:

- Process vendor invoices for project expenses (construction materials, services, etc.).
- Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper approvals before payment processing.
- Maintain vendor records and payment schedules.

**Project Accounting**:

- Track project-wise costs and revenues, including construction expenses, marketing costs, and sales proceeds.
- Prepare project-specific financial reports for management review.
- Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost variances.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (GAAP)

**Statutory Compliance**:

- Handle GST filing and compliance related to property sales.
- Calculate and submit TDS returns (Tax Deducted at Source) on payments to vendors.
- Maintain records for statutory audits and other regulatory requirements.

**Internal Controls**:

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable/payable balances.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and tax laws in India
- Experience in property development industry is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
