We’re now looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer (with motion design skills)** to join our creative team. **Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly creative **UI/UX Designer** with experience in **mobile games**, **Figma prototyping**, and **motion design** to bring our game interfaces to life. This role is key in defining the user journey, screen layouts, HUDs, menus, and in-game overlays while collaborating with developers to ensure implementation is pixel-perfect. You’ll also help define the motion language of the game with animations and visual effects that enhance player feedback and immersion.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Design intuitive and visually compelling **game UI layouts** including menus, HUDs, loading screens, shop interfaces, and user flows.
- Build **interactive prototypes and design systems** using Figma.
- Create **high-fidelity mockups** and deliver production-ready assets with developer-friendly specs.
- Design and animate **motion graphics** and micro-interactions for UI transitions, feedback, and game events.
- Collaborate closely with the game development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation in Unity.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark top-performing mobile games for best practices in UI/UX and visual design.
- Contribute to evolving the game’s visual identity and brand consistency across screens and platforms.
- Support marketing with game key art, store assets, and UI-style elements where needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for **mobile games** or high-quality mobile apps.
- Advanced proficiency in **Figma**, including component systems and collaborative workflows.
- Strong **visual storytelling and layout design** skills with an eye for detail and readability in gameplay contexts.
- Experience designing for **Unity** game environments (or understanding how assets translate into Unity pipelines).
- Ability to design and export **animations/motion design** using tools like After Effects, Spine, or Unity Animator.
- Solid understanding of **game design principles**, player psychology, and mobile usability standards.
- A well-organized portfolio demonstrating game UI, UX flows, and motion work.
- Strong communication and time management skills in a remote work setting.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience creating assets or UI for racing, strategy, or action mobile games.
- Familiarity with Unity's UI system (Canvas, animation curves, particle FX).
- Skills in illustration or 3D UI elements.
- Basic knowledge of F2P game economy, shop flows, and user retention mechanics.

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
