Project Coordinator

Electrical Engineer with 1 to 3 Years’ experience in Electrical Power System engineering.

Knowledge of Electrical equipment, Switchgears & protections.

Knowledge about Power distribution network including HT & LT network Dist. Transformers, calculation of Technical losses in distribution network.

Preferable hands-on experience in Electrical Power system analysis Software like MI Power, ETAP, Cymdist, EDSA, SKM, etc., simulation studies.

Well conversant with MS Office tools & AutoCAD Software ”

Handling team of engineers. Understanding System Study project requirement. With help of colleagues preparation of project delivery schedule. Assisting and guiding the sub-ordinates / colleagues to meet the delivery deadlines.

Maintain records of projects being executed, regular reporting to senior management & provide feedback & remedial solutions time to time for any issues.

Addressing all the project related issues raised by the Client & keeping records of same.

**Responsibilities**:
Applications engineering and System studies on electrical power systems incorporating power system simulation and load flow analysis for transmission and distribution network.

Performing the modelling necessary to conduct power flow and other studies for transmission and distribution planning and analysis in support for various project/business developments.

Technical Support for Various clients for their technical queries.

Co-ordination with the project execution teams for power network analysis and Geographical Information System for attainment of objectives of the project

Traveling to client site for field data collection and client meetings, if required.

Preparation of documents related to the deliverables of the projects i.e. services carried out

Liaison and correspondence with the clients and the partners in projects.

Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

Making offer against inquiry and submit to customer and follow-up for PO.

Experience in telecom sector will be an advantage.

Coordinate with Site Supervisor’s and take DPR on Daily Bases.

Manage team with Site supervisor’s for follow-up and make a records of site exp.

Making budget for site's

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
