Delcam Programmer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, optimize, and validate CNC VMC programs using DELCAM.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret technical drawings and convert them into machining strategies.
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for materials and operations.
- Forging Die Experience Prefer first
- Simulate and verify tool paths to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Support setup and troubleshooting on the shop floor during initial runs or production issues.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time, enhance tool life, and increase quality.
- Maintain documentation including tool lists, setup sheets, and program revisions.
- Work closely with CNC VMC machinists to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Stay current with latest advancements in CAM software and machining technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Tool Engineering or equivalent.
- 8-10years of experience in CAM programming for CNC, VMC machines (3-axis, 4-axis preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with DELCAM.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and material properties.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC machine operation, tooling, and fixturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models (Delcam, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM integration and PLM systems.
- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 or similar quality systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
