**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons for young children, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Plan and implement activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and emotional development.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and emotional support.
- Work closely with parents to ensure the development and needs of each child are met.
- Ensure that nursery activities are age-appropriate and aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Maintain records of children’s activities, achievements, and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience working with children aged 2-5 years in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and patient with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle the responsibilities of a busy nursery.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Knowledge of modern educational tools and techniques for young learners.
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

**Remuneration**:
salary will be **commensurate with qualifications and experience,**as per industries standards.
