**About the Company**

Datagrid Labs is the extended back-office of our parent companies - **Al Safwan Marine (Sharjah)** with 80+ employees delivering marine inspections and services, and **Louis Safety (Abu Dhabi)** with 70+ employees specializing in fire and safety design, repairs, and maintenance.

Our **40+ member team in India** provides full support in HR, Finance, Administration, Sales, Estimation, and Marketing. We act as the backbone for our UAE operations, ensuring smooth coordination and growth. At Datagrid Labs, we value creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining records.
- Support daily documentation, reporting, and database management tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order tracking and project updates.
- Communicate with customers and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.

**Qualifications**
- **BTech / Diploma** in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

**Internship Details**
- **Duration**: 6 Months
- **Stipend**: Provided (to cover travel expenses)
- **Work Type**: Full-time, Office-based (Kunnamkulam)
