**Job Purpose**:
As a Fire & Security Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving sales in electronic security and life safety systems. Your role will involve professional direct sales in disciplines such as Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control. You'll contribute to expanding our customer base and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of each client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of Fire Alarm Systems and projects, meeting sales targets in U.P
- Expand our channel partnerships and geographical coverage in Lucknow & U.P
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning
- Independently achieve sales targets and propose comprehensive Fire Alarm solutions to clients
- Provide technical assistance and conduct presentations to clients and consultants
- Utilize project sales skills to secure new business from small to medium-sized enterprises
- Secure face-to-face meetings with prospective customers through various methods including foot-canvassing and cold-calling

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the fire safety industry
- Experience in Fire Alarm or Fire Fighting Industry is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Certification in fire safety is a plus
- Experience with channel sales preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
