- Helping students improve their physical and mental wellbeing
- Providing instruction on postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods
- Adapting classes to suit the needs of their clients
- Teaching students a variety of practice meditation, promoting mindfulness, and stretching poses
- Demonstrating techniques, verbal cues, and hands-on direction to assist students with proper poses, alternative poses, and breathing patterns
- Providing tips for achieving spiritual wellness
