**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data from departments such as Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Production.
- Generate accurate and timely MIS reports for internal teams and management (e.g., sales performance, stock levels, order status, distribution efficiency).
- Maintain and update master data related to SKUs, pricing, and vendors.
- Work with tools such as Excel (Advanced) and Power BI for reporting.
- Timely checking Reimbursements for GT & MT. Accuracy to be maintained
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with Sales Team, Supply Chain, and IT departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
- Assist field teams with relevant reports for performance tracking and target setting.
- **SFA & Software Handling**:

- Work with SFA Application like Field Assist, Bizom Etc.
- Ensure synchronization between MIS reports and ERP/SFA data.
- Timely addition / deletion / troubleshooting in SFA Application.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in data collection and reporting processes and suggest system improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command of **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Understanding of **FMCG distribution models** and sales analytics
- Attention to detail and high data accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in the **FMCG or food sector**:

- Familiarity with SFA systems and data visualization tools is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
