**Cloudsense SME**:
**Description of Duties / Responsibilities**:
**Job Tasks**:

- Knowledge of expanding cloudsense product functionality, and use it optimize and improve existing solutions and design new solutions
- Cooperation with validators, integrators and projects manager to deliver seamless and consistent E2E user experience
- Establish deep understanding of functional and technical tool sets on user journeys involving, but not limited to, order and service life cycles
- Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Manage the production of product and service-related training materials
- Support the tracking and reporting of all Cloudsense feature request(s) and development initiatives
- Identify Cloudsense usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to remedy

**Qualifications**
- 3-7 years of overall work experience
- Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Salesforce and CloudSense products (e.g. integration patterns and solution architecture)
- Solution management
- Orchestrator
- Order management
- Strong Salesforce Administration and Development experience
- Experience in analyzing complex requirements and designing solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience of working with both functional / technical and business oriented people within a business
- Strong presentation capabilities, confidence, motivation and communication skills
- Demonstrable commitment to producing high quality work with excellent attention to detail
