**ob Summary**:
The Student Counsellor is responsible for providing psychological support, academic guidance, and personal development services to students. The role aims to enhance students' well-being, promote mental health awareness, and support academic and personal success throughout their university journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to address academic, personal, emotional, and psychological concerns.
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop appropriate support plans.
- Assist students with crisis intervention and refer to external specialists when necessary.
- Promote and deliver workshops and seminars on stress management, time management, study skills, mental health awareness, etc.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and university departments to support student welfare.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions in compliance with university policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in student orientation programs and outreach activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, including international and diverse student populations.
- Stay current on best practices in counselling, psychology, and higher education trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field (required).
- Professional certification or licensure in counselling or mental health (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in a university or educational setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
