**Job Description: English and Soft Skills Trainer**

**Position**: English and Soft Skills Trainer
**Location**: Ambala City
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and effective sessions on English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Facilitate soft skills training covering communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, time management, and teamwork.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and customize training materials to meet the needs of students.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, audio-visual aids, and real-life examples to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students' progress through assessments, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve their language proficiency and soft skills.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Motivate students to actively participate in class activities and discussions.
- Build confidence in students to use English effectively in professional and social settings.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Maintain detailed records of students’ performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with the management and other trainers to align training sessions with organizational goals.

**Key Requirements**
- **Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience as an English/Soft Skills Trainer, or in a similar teaching role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in soft skills training, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of learners.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passionate about teaching and empowering students.
- Patient, approachable, and adaptive to individual learning styles.
- Ability to inspire confidence and professionalism in students.
