- People should have the curiosity to learn new tools in the digital design sphere.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in web tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Principle, InVision, WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS.
- Knowledge of UI patterns and web/mobile/app development processes.

Advantageous/Optional Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and domain-relevant software.
- Writing for web, presentations, exhibitions, text accompanying graphics materials, brochures, and newsletters.
