Job Title: Social Media Manager - Performance Marketing (E-commerce Brand)
**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Manager specializing in Performance Marketing for our E-commerce Brand,
you will play a crucial role in driving growth, engagement, and conversions across our social
media channels. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable
results, such as increased website traffic, lead generation, and sales. You will leverage your
expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and audience targeting to maximize the impact of
our social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing
strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience. Utilize data-driven insights
to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
2. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive
traffic, conversions, and revenue. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to
maximize ROI.
3. Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting capabilities and audience segmentation
techniques to reach and engage with relevant consumer groups. Continuously refine targeting
parameters based on performance data and market trends.
4. Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling
ad creatives, copywriting, and landing pages optimized for conversion. A/B test different ad
variations to identify top-performing assets.
5. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes
within specified cost parameters. Monitor spending trends, adjust allocations based on
performance, and provide regular budget forecasts.
6. Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics,
including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs. Generate reports and insights to
assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
marketing, design, product, and analytics, to align social media initiatives with broader
business goals and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform
updates related to social media advertising and performance marketing. Proactively identify
opportunities to leverage new features and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising, with a focus on
performance marketing for e-commerce brands.
(MIN 6-12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE OR FRESHER WITH GOOD SKILLS)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Excel) to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through social media marketing initiatives.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads
certification) are a plus. And knowledge in AI will be given importance
