We are seeking a motivated and experienced Faculty Member for the Tourism and Hospitality Sector.

**JOB DETAILS**:

- **Job Title**: Faculty Required for Tourism and Hospitality Sector
- **Location**: Rabindra Bharati College, Ghatal, West Bengal
- **Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- **Job Type**: Full-time

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials and modules.
- Deliver soft skills, communication, computer basics, or domain-specific training (as required).
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on learning outcomes.
- Ensure a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Must be responsible, proactive, and willing to work with a team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality.
- Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or facilitator preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Basic computer proficiency.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the tourism hospitality industry.
