**Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive**

**Department: Accounts & Admin**

**Location: Tumkur, Karnataka**

**Job Summary**:As a Junior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with the Accounts Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable**:Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify and reconcile supplier statements. Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies.

**Accounts Receivable**:Generate and issue customer invoices.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments. Record and reconcile customer payments.

**General Ledger**:Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries.
Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and generate financial reports as required. Contribute to the preparation of management reports.

**Expense Management**:Process employee expense reports.

**Compliance and Documentation**:Assist in maintaining financial documentation and records. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (Tally).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Experience**:

- Experience in accounting related feild is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
