**Job Summary **:As a Tele caller, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads, communicate effectively, and convince customers about the value of our products or services.

**Role And Responsibility**

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to address customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate the benefits and features of products/services to convince customers.
- Employ persuasive techniques to turn inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during interactions with customers.
- Execute follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Decent communication skills in English
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in lead generation or a related role.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
