**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and lessons in English.
- Develop and conduct creative, play-based learning activities to engage 3-year-old children.
- Use English in daily communication with children, staff, and parents, ensuring an English-speaking environment for practice and learning.
- Engage children through interactive activities like storytelling, art, and games that promote learning and language development.
- Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor children’s progress and assist with individualized learning approaches.
- Support daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and classroom management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory, as the environment requires regular communication in English.
- A passion for working with young children, particularly in early childhood education.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and conducting engaging learning activities (art, crafts, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
