**Job Title: Frontend Web Designer (Fresher)**

**About Us**:
We're a dynamic team seeking a talented and enthusiastic **Frontend Web Designer**to join our ranks. As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting web design projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly designs that adapt to various screen sizes and devices
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings
- Continuously learn and improve your skills in web design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design

**Desired Skills**:

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Familiarity with design principles, color theory, and typography
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first approach
- Good communication skills, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers with a basic understanding of web design and development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field
- Passion for web design, eagerness to learn, and grow

**Stipend Details**:

- First 6 months: Stipend of ₹5,000 - ₹7,000/month
- After 6 months, salary increase based on skill evaluation and performance
- Another review will be conducted after another 6 months with further opportunities for salary increase based on performance
