To support further growth, we’re recruiting for a Content Assistant to be responsible for responsible for managing bids through the win-work lifecycle and successfully on to contract with our clients.

You will be working closely with Asia Win work/technical leads and business development & the engagement team across Asia and the wider organisation to produce compelling bids. As a member of the Asia Win Work team, you will also be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s win-work capability (people, processes, tools, information and governance).

**Key ingredients of the role & Specific skills required**:
Timely delivery of error-free, well-researched, and effectively revised and translated content.that meets organizational standards and enhances business development efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Origination**: Develop assets such as presentations, capability statements, case studies, and fact sheets.
- ** Content Quality Control**:

- Ensure that original content meets high standards of quality, clarity, coherence and overall effectiveness:

- Check for grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Ensure content adheres to the organization's style guide and editorial policies.
- ** Content Management**:

- Develop and maintain a database of past project experiences, case studies, brochures, client presentations, factsheets, and business-related documentation to streamline future business development processes.
- Upload to Proposal Information Hub (PIH).
- ** Fact-Checking**: Liaise with project managers, project leaders and other team members to gather information and verify the facts, figures and references to maintain accuracy of information and sources.
- ** Bid CVs Management**: Regularity of updating CVs in the bid library.
- ** Content Translation**: Translate key presentations and collaterals between Simplified Chinese and English and strengthen content in both languages (e.g. client presentations, project reports).

**Desired skills, experience and capabilities**:

- Editorial Experience, AI Tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
