**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:
- **SEO Expertise**:
- Execute both On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs (paid version), Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner to optimize content and increase search rankings.
- Track, measure, and report SEO performance with data-driven insights.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Develop and implement lead-generation campaigns through various digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Create and manage **organic** and **paid campaigns** across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and conversions.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and ROI.
- Use A/B testing and data analysis to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- **Data Mining**:
- Perform targeted data mining to extract valuable business data in specific domains, supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage tools and techniques to gather and analyze data for decision-making.
- **CRM & HubSpot Management**:
- Work extensively on **HubSpot** to manage marketing automation, track customer interactions, and improve conversion rates.
- Execute **CRM tasks**, including contact management, lead scoring, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to execute strategies effectively and meet deadlines.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in SEO tools like **Semrush**, **Ahrefs**, **Google Analytics**, and **Keyword Planner**.
- Experience in **lead generation**, especially through digital channels.
- Hands-on experience in **social media marketing**, including managing organic and paid campaigns.
- Expertise in **data mining** and extracting valuable insights for business growth.
- Practical experience with **HubSpot** and managing **CRM tasks**.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
