**Job Description: Animation and Graphic Designer**

**Position Summary**: An Animation and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and animations that effectively communicate the desired message or concept. This role involves working closely with creative teams, including art directors, marketing professionals, and clients, to develop animations, illustrations, and graphic designs for various media, including digital platforms, television, film, and print.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Animation Design**:

- Create 2D and 3D animations for use in videos, commercials, websites, and other multimedia projects.
- Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animations.
- Utilize animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya) to bring characters, environments, and objects to life.
- Ensure animations are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design visual content for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, and website graphics.
- Work with typography, color theory, and layout to produce aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that support promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients or stakeholders for approval.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Work closely with other designers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
- Adapt and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients or team members.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new software tools.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in design and animation, including optimization techniques for different platforms.
- Prepare final designs and animations in formats suitable for various channels, ensuring quality and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Blender, Maya, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web design basics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
