**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory management, and coordination with internal departments. The role ensures efficient, accurate, and timely handling of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse activities such as receiving, stacking, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
- Supervise loading/unloading processes and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of stock levels and material movements.
- Handle inward and outward logistics coordination with transporters and vendors.
- Identify process improvements to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain Management).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/WMS software, and inventory control systems.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Attention to detail, ability to manage teams, and flexibility to work extended hours if required.
