**Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for both bitumen and solar energy product lines.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitor insights.
- Define brand positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance market share.
- Align marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Business Development.

- **2. Business Development & Sales Support**:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in construction, road infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.
**3. Digital & Traditional Marketing**
- Develop marketing assets including brochures, case studies, videos, and product presentations.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-quality marketing collateral and lead generation tools.
- Drive B2B marketing campaigns to support large contract acquisition and strategic partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in **bitumen**, **construction materials**, or **solar energy**.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dharwad, Dharwad, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
