**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Generate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Maintain general ledger and support audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for invoicing and payments.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.

**Objectives of this role**
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communications between upper management and employees
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP, ) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Automotive.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS,Taxation and other local tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Pay: ₹10,357.15 - ₹31,808.41 per month
