**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Maintain professional and prompt communication to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Record and track client feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
- **Guard Reporting & Coordination**:
- Liaise with area field executives to track daily guard attendance, deployment, and duty performance.
- Maintain up-to-date guard reporting logs and share consolidated reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that guards are deployed as per client requirements and contracts.
- **Attendance Management**:
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of area field executives.
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate attendance data for processing.
- Highlight any discrepancies or irregularities in attendance to the concerned department.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar CRM, operations, or administrative role (preferably in the security or facility management industry).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience handling field staff and client coordination in the security industry.
