We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to manage end-to-end medical billing processes. The role includes overseeing the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, including AR Calling, Denials Management, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, and Appeals. As an AR Caller, you will ensure accurate claim submission, effective follow-up on unpaid claims, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining high levels of compliance with payer guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes, including claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, charge entry, and payment posting.
- Ensure accurate coding and adherence to payer guidelines in claims processing.
- Monitor claim statuses, follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim resolution, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Address and resolve denials through effective appeal processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and team members regarding billing issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on billing activities, claim statuses, and outcomes.
- Maintain and update records for accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2.5 to 3.5 years of experience in medical billing, with strong expertise in claims management and AR follow-up.
- Proficient knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies and denials.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex billing issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
