**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories before production.
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments.
- Identify defects in stitching, measurement, fitting, and finishing.
- Maintain proper quality records and inspection reports.
- Support the QA team in implementing quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company and buyer quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate/diploma in **Textile / Fashion / Garment Technology** or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
