- Responsibilities_

- _Ensure background checks, reference checks, and other necessary pre-employment requirements are completed in a timely manner._
- _Collaborate with HR and the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including necessary documentation and coordination of orientation._
- _Promote the company as an employer of choice by representing the company at job fairs, on social media, and through other recruitment marketing channels._
- _Stay up to date on industry trends, compensation data, and best practices in recruitment to attract top talent._
- _Maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager or HR Manager._
- _Oversee multiple service level-driven recruiting processes, and associated documentation, that support hiring against standard, custom and prioritized job requisitions._
- _Foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders._
- _Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs._

- _Initial point of contact to assist in case resolution and questions related to TASS processes and procedures. Engage to determine scope of need, work to resolve issue, and direct to resources; escalate issues when necessary_
- _Assist TASS Lead with on-boarding, training, and mentoring seasonal and year-round TASS coordinators_
- _Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within assigned scope of work. Participate in planning and implementing solutions._
- _Role model a team environment and a strong service culture by demonstrating Vail Resorts values in all interactions_
- _Supports cross functional project work such as International J1/H2B hiring, Talent Sourcing, and Program_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_**_ _**
- _Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)._
- _Relevant years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment._
- _Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and job boards._
- _Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software._
- _Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)._
- _Demonstrated experience in high volume workload process improvement_
- _Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes and prioritize tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload_

- _Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred_
- _Experience with high volume recruiting - preferred_
- _Having experience in UKG (UltiPro System) is preferred_
