**Requirement**

- Communication Skills(Marathi is must)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answering phones and explaining the policies of the company.
- Contacting the existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their problem..
- Resolving queries and issues related to the policies and services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing policies orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

**Payment** - 9000 to 12000 + (Incentive per month)

Timing - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM ( Sunday off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
