**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the packing team to ensure efficient and accurate packing of products.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Train and mentor packing team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of packing activities, including material usage and production outputs.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any packing-related issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a packing or supervisory role within the packaging industry.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and production schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
