- VAC Softteck LLP is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele caller executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with business clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our B2B products/services. Fluency in Hindi is crucial for effective communication with our diverse client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly sales goals in a dynamic, target-based role by building strong client relationships and driving growth.
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses to introduce and sell our B2B products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding the specific needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed B2B sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about our B2B solutions and address client inquiries.
- Record client details and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Proven experience in achieving goals within a target-driven environment, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B tele sales or a similar B2B sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex B2B products/services.
- Result oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Familiarity with communication industry is a plus.
