An Office Boy/Girl (Peon) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, running errands, and providing support to administrative staff. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain office premises, including desks, floors, and restrooms.
- Ensure that all areas are tidy and organized.
- **Errands and Deliveries**:

- Deliver documents and parcels within the office or to external locations.
- Collect and distribute mail and packages.
- **Refreshments**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
- Manage and restock the pantry supplies.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary materials.
- **Stationery Management**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Place orders for new supplies as needed.
- **Assist Staff**:

- Provide support to staff as required, such as moving files and documents.
- Run office-related errands.
- **Visitor Assistance**:

- Greet and guide visitors to the appropriate office or person.
- Ensure visitor logs are maintained accurately.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and etiquette.
