We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

- Support the delivery of a complex transformation program development within data portfolio.
- Experience working in the capacity of Data Modeler
- Work within agile multi-skilled teams to create world class products to serve our customer’s needs.
- Perform the elicitation and analysis of business change, functional and non-functional requirements across a range of stakeholders, work with cross asset IT. teams to interface those requirements and finally deliver a working reconciliation solution.
- Own and produce relevant analysis artefacts that enable development teams to develop working products.
- Apt in comprehending sizeable scope of the program, breaking it down in epics, and manage product & sprint backlog
- Work closely with project managers and technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria of the epics, and story point estimates in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology format

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Data Modeler (Experience - 8 to 12 Years)
- Comprehensive understanding of the Data Modeling (conceptual/logical and physical) and tool like Erwin/VP is preferable.
- Strong Data Analysis skills to understand the business requirements.
- Create and deliver a high quality conceptual model/logical data model / physical data model as required
- Follow agreed Data Governance and Metadata management standards.
- Assist in Domain training.
- Work in DevOps/Agile mode.
- Knowledge of Visual Paradigm for ERD and creating models on VP from scratch.
- Hands-on experience on data modeling is preferable.
- Experience and knowledge in BQ /CloudSQL platform is preferable.
