- : Job Description - AR Techs Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Is primarily responsible for making calls to insurance companies and resolving claims based on the information obtained. - Is responsible for bringing in efficiency to his process by identifying quicker ways to work through a claim. - Is responsible for completion of the target assigned to him. - Is responsible for optimum quality of his deliverables. - Is responsible to furnish/share any intelligence obtained on calls with his team mates and supervisors. - Is responsible to adhere and maintain SLA at all times. - Is responsible to identify and escalated any foreseen challenges/issues. Job Specifications - Should possess basic computer skills. - Should be fluent in spoken and written English. - Should be able to comprehend when communicating with others. - Should be punctual. - Should be able to meet deadlines provided. Working Relationships - Should be a Team player - Display Positive attitude towards his work - Courteous nature preferred - Should be open to work with diverse mindsets - Should be selfless towards his team - Should openly be a part of extra-curricular activities in his team. Education Graduates with 1 year of relevant experience.
