**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- . Handling and Resolution of all System _I _Network related Incident _I _Service Calls.
- Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer.
- Configuration, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Establishing and securing the Internet gateway with a Firewall system, defining Firewall policies and procedures
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7 -10.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for Scanners/Printers and various PC components.
- Installation, Configuration of MS-Outlook 2007/2010/2013,
- MS-offlce2010/2013/2016
- Basic installation & troubleshooting knowledge on Windows Server Operating system.
- Technical skills related to desktop Patch management, Software Installation and Basic Networking skills.
- Install, configure and maintain regular updates of Antivirus.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops and any other Hardware devices.
- Maintaining inventory of Assets, documents vendor reports and Vendor interactions.
- Knowledge of Local System policies and Group policies.
- Knowledge on Work group/Doma in/DNS /DHCP
- Knowledge on SonicWALL configurations and WDS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
