About the Company/Business

The BSG team designs and develops innovative business solutions to meet the business requirements. They partners with Fintechs and other IT firms to leverage innovative solutions for the business. They are responsible for end-to-end Program Management of all initiatives in Wholesale Business.

**What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on?
**As a PMO for the BSG head, he/ she would be responsible to provide an end-to-end view including Status updates, Critical path analysis, Priority setting and Escalation etc. for various techno
- functional initiatives/ projects under the purview of BSG head. Key responsibilities would include co-ordinating with various BSG leads to understand the ongoing status of critical projects, highlight dependencies/ key decision points and set up regular updates with the Senior Management.
- **Ability to accomplish, strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
- **Responsible for overall program governance, which involves implementing process and procedures to achieve defined objectives in a timely manner
- **Understand and prioritize business needs, define prioritization and establish a communication channel with various stakeholders in the bank
- **Work as a lead in PMO & perform liaison activities with the senior management and collaborating with multiple departments in the bank like IT, IRM, ORM, Legal, Product etc. to track important milestones, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget etc.
- **Capability to analyse, assess and overcome program risk, propose mitigation plan and solution and procedures to various concerned stakeholders
- **Capability to define and design operational changes and capable of tracking and reporting of program performance through dashboards to the top management
- **Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for collation & reporting of both scheduled as well as adhoc requirements.
**Additionally an this role would be responsible to conduct research on new age technologies and provide inputs/ information as seeked by BSG heads or/any of the team leads.

Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Technology/ MBA
- 8-10 Years of exp in Technology Implementations.
- Prior experience in Project Management/ Running the PMO for senior management
- Relationship management with Internal and external stakeholders
