**Job Title**: Junior IT Coordinator

**Qualification**: B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or related field

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations across the pharma manufacturing facility.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networking equipment.
- Ensure compliance with pharma industry IT standards (21 CFR Part 11, GxP guidelines).
- Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and AMC services.
- Generate reports and maintain IT documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **IT support/coordination**, preferably in a **pharma manufacturing setup**.
- Strong knowledge of **networks, servers, ERP/SAP, and data security protocols**.
- Understanding of pharma compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
