Incoming and outgoing record for material.Incoming and outgoing person entry.

Checking of Jarda Tabaco / Contraband items etc. If found destroyed the same.

check the bags of all employee at the time of leaving company. If any one found faulty inform to the management.

Arrange vehicle in parking area.Hand over the incoming documents(Bill, Challan) to accounts depart.Make ensure attendance of all employee on biometric attendance machine.

In case of breakdown of biometric attendance machine, conduct manually attendance.

Don’t allow the employee to leaving the company without gate pass.

Hand over the all gate pass and other documents to accounts depart on every morning.

Operate fire extinguisher cylinder, fire hydrant in case of fire emergency. (In case of 2 guard in each shift, day & night)Make sure availability of key of all sections.

Maintain key board.

Call police station, Ambulance and fire brigade in case of emergency.Guard should always wear complete uniform and company ID card.

Ensure that no person enter into the factory after closing, in case of any urgency report the same to the concern senior management person.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
